The petitioner seeking issuance of death certificate to his father, the petitioner made an application on 20.02.2006. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 1/4

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application has been considered and the death certificate was also issued on 23.02.2020.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
