PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. PRAYER : FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO. 965 OF 2023 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.965 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit the petitioner was arrested by the respondent Police in another case.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication.
