ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Government by way of Mercy Petition.
2.Liberty is granted to the petitioner and he is permitted to raise all the grounds available in the Mercy Petition. If the Mercy Petition goes against him, he can always challenge the same by way of filing a fresh Writ Petition. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
