respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) and 4(1)(B) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime No.860 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 50 brandy bottles worth Rs.300/-. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has got 11 previous cases of similar nature, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
