This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent police.

2. In the morning mentioning time, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that he has filed this present petition to quash the FIR in Crime No. 35 of 2021. Also he submit that he has issued notice to the second Respondent. The learned Counsel appearing for the second Respondent also present before this Court.

3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent police on the ground after registration of the First Information Report, Petitioners herein, who are arrayed as accused and the De-facto Complainant had arrived at a compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo is also filed along with this Petition. 4.By way of reply, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that he has no objection to quash the First Information Report by recording compromise.

5.In the light of the Joint Compromise Memo, this Petition is allowed and the proceedings in First Information Report in Crime No. 35 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent police is quashed.
