This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside order, dated 04.09.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.4599 of 2024 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai and totally relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.3292 of 2024, dated 26.07.2024.

3. Considering the representation made on behalf of the prosecution, the condition already imposed on the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 am until further orders is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions remain un-altered.
