The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 20.07.2018, denying permission to the petitioner to admit 60 students in the B.Sc., (Nursing) course during the academic year 2018-2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the second respondent has granted permission to the petitioner to admit 60 students in the said course.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
