ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking modification of the the Condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4916 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 on the file of the Principal 1/3
Sessions Judge, Madurai.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 29.08.2023, while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for the period of 30 days. He would further submit that the petitioners 1 and 2 are aged persons and the third petitioner is having two children aged about 4 years and 2 years, who is resident of Bangalore. Hence, he seeks modification of the above said condition. 3.Challenging the above said condition, the petitioners are before this Court. Considering the nature of offence only, the above said condition was imposed upon them by the Sessions Court. However, the petitioner without approaching the Sessions Court for modification, directly came to this Court. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
This petition deserves to be dismissed.
