ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings, dated 11.04.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated back into service and he is continuing in service. In support of his contention, he has produced a communication, dated 03.04.2003 in Na.Ka.No.549/2020/Aa1. The submission is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is not granted any benefits, he is at liberty to initiate appropriate 2/4
