: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.768/16SaPA dated 22.02.2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to review the suspension order, dated 20.03.2015, on the file of the second respondent and to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service benefits.
