[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] In view of the reasons given by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai (FAC), in his letter, dated 15.12.2020, sent to the Additional Registrar General, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, time is extended by three months from today, finally, for the disposal of S.C.No.501 of 2019, which is stated to be the re-number of S.C.Nos.300 and 301 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted at any cost and the learned Trial Judge should strictly adhere to the time schedule.
