PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to shift the existing Ovari Police Station situated at the entrance of Arulmigu Suyambulinga Samy Thirukoil, to any other place and consequently forbearing the Respondents from put up construction (Police Station) in land in Survey No.385/1, Bharthar Ovari village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District belongs to the petitioner's temple.
