ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the loan amount has been recovered from the petitioner and therefore, the attached properties have been released. With regard to the same, he has also produced typed set of papers. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also agreed the said submission.
