ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the proceedings dated 04.06.2013 passed by the first respondent/the District Registrar, Virudhunagar District, cancelling the document registered in favour of the petitioner, by invoking Circular 67 issued by the Registration Department.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on either side submit that as against the proceedings of the District Registrar, Virudhunagar District, dated 04.06.2013, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Inspector General of Registration and also filed this writ petition before this Court. Pending this writ petition, Circular 67 has been withdrawn and the Inspector General of Registration has also set aside the proceedings dated 04.06.2013 passed by the District Registrar, Virudhunagar. 2/4
