O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to shift the Transformer erected adjacent to the southern compound wall of the petitioner's property in 34/311, Karpaga Nagar, 11th street, K.Pudur, Madurai-7.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though there are sufficient vacant land available in that area, transformer has been erected by the respondent Board in the southern compound wall of the petitioner's house and and a portion of the transformer is also projecting inside the petitioner's land.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the transformer was erected in the year 2016 and it is no way affecting the petitioner's land. He has also produced the photographs of the transformer, which shows that the transformer was erected in the public street. However, the transformer appears to be sliding on the petitioner's property to some extent.
4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to erect the transformer in a proper manner without any inclusion/disturbance on the petitioner's property. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
