PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned determination of fee by the third respondent Committee for the petitioner's college vide proceedings No.CFF/ParaMedical/ISM/018/2014 dated 14.08.2014, quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to collect the fees in terms of the statement of fees as submitted by the petitioner to the third respondent Committee dated 06.02.2016.

The matter relates to the fee fixation by proceedings dated 14.08.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fee was refixed pursuant to a proposal by the petitioner. She has produced the proceedings dated 22.08.2019 of the Fee Fixation Committee in such regard. Consequently, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

By taking note of the above developments, W.P.(MD).No.8847 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
