ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.148 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to any other police officer other than the third respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet is made ready and the charge sheet will be filed before the concerned Court within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent police to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
