ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is undertaken in C.P.No.P4/48427/4144/2021. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner did not appear before the Enquiry Officer. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor read out the contents of the complaint. On listening of the complaint, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is purely contractual obligation. The other details are not available.

3.Let the petitioner appear before the Enquiry Officer on receipt of summons from the respondent police and co-operate with him to complete the Enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
