JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.26673 of 2023 dated 10.06.2024.

2. Apart from the ground that the respondent's case has been kept in the waiting list at Serial No.899 in the State wise seniority and Serial No.514 in the region wise seniority and that she is yet to come within the zone of consideration, no other grounds have been raised in the present appeal.

3. In the instant case, the Writ Court, in exercise of the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, had taken into consideration the pathetic situation of the respondent herein, whose family consisting of three children was in distressed condition and therefore, under the special circumstances, had exercised its discretion and directed the appellants to issue an appointment order to the respondent.

4. We do not intend to interfere with the discretion exercised by the Writ Court. Since no other legal grounds have been raised, challenging the order
