This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.176 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent, as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the crime has been registered as against the petitioner and ten others. Now, the first respondent completed the investigation and about to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned leaving other accused persons.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16855 of 2018 respondent is directed to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
