ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the land situated in S.No.443/30, Kukkalancheri, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader produced the written instructions and submitted that the survey has already been completed as per the directions of the first respondent and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledged the said submission.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
