PRAYER : This Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 372 r/w Section 386(a) of the Criminal Procedure Code against the Judgement of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Palani dated 13.04.2017 in C.A.No.34 of 2015 and to restore the Judgement passed in S.T.C.No.123 of 2013 dated 14.08.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Palani and consequently punish the first respondent / appellant / accused and award compensation to the appellant / complainant.
