ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 18/2021, on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai on 25.10.2022, but not yet taken on file. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the trial Court is directed to process the final report, as per rules and also the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he aggrieved over the same. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
