ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.308 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, to be transferred to the Family Court, Madurai, Madurai District.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner/wife is residing with her parents at Madurai and she finds it difficult to appear for every hearing before the Family Court, Dindigul.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband expressed his difficulties to appear for every hearing before the Family Court at Madurai.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.308 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Subordinate Court, Madurai and the learned Principal Subordinate Judge may either try the case by himself or transfer the same to other Subordinate Court at Madurai.

5. With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent as stated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 21.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
