The petitioner assailed an order by which plan sanction for construction of a Church was rejected.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader placed before me a subsequent communication dated 14.06.2021 from the first respondent. By such communication subject to the conditions specified therein, no objection has been granted for purposes of constructing the Church. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
