COMMON ORDER By these writ petitions, the respective senior citizen/petitioner challenges an order by which the request for pension was rejected.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader has produced two communications issued by the Village Administrative Officer, East Madurai, stating that the petitioner in W.P(MD).No.8891 of 2016 died on 29.10.2019 and that the petitioner in W.P.(MD).No.8892 of 2016 died on 17.08.2022.

3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. Consequently, both these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
