COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.03.2014 and 01.06.2015, 27.03.2014 and 22.05.2015 and 27.03.2014 and 22.05.2015 and to sub divide the property in S.No.373/1A at Marukalkuruchi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District and to issue patta in the name of the petitioners to an extent of 1 acre 90.94 cents, 60 cents, 60 cents respectively in the above Survey number.
