ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition for police protection.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It can be seen that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.82 of 2009 and by a judgment and decree dated 30.09.2013, the decree granted in favour of the petitioner, declaring that the subject matter property belongs to the petitioner and also granting a permanent injunction as against the party respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent would submit that the decree was granted and now, the fresh dispute is only because the petitioner has settled the property in favour of her daughters.

5. Be that as it may, when the property has been declared to be that of the petitioner and the order of the judgment of the civil Court has become final and is in force, the respondent police have to grant

protection in terms of the civil Court decree. As and when, there is any threat or interference, the petitioner can make a petition to the respondent police and the respondent police shall give protection, in terms of the civil Court decree.
