: Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent complying the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur in Cr.M.P.No.1130/2023 dated 18.07.2023 and consequently direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioners dated 07.05.2023, otherwise the petitioner will seriously prejudice.

Side) O R D E R This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to comply with the directions given by the learned Magistrate, Thirupathur in Crl.M.P.No.1130 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023. 2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., which was registered as Crl.M.P.No.1130 of 2023 and the learned Magistrate directed the second respondent police on 18.07.2023, to enquire into and register the FIR.
3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that as per the directions given by learned Magistrate, enquiry was conducted and it was closed by holding that the dispute between the petitioner and the proposed accused is purely civil in nature. It is submitted that on 10.09.2023, report has been submitted and the copy of the closure report has already been sent to the de-facto complainant by way of registered post.

4.In view of the above, no further direction can be issued in this case. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
