ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to revoke the order of suspension made in Sae.Mu.Na.Ka.No.48298/2015/L2, dated 15.04.2016 and post the petitioner as Executive Officer Grade - I of Arulmigu Sarkunathaswami Thirukovil, Idumbavanam, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, Thiruvaarur District, based on the order made in Sae.Mu.Na.Ka.No.24610/2015-2/L1, dated 14.08.2015. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, based on the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, submitted that pending Writ Petition, the suspension order was revoked and the petitioner was posted as Executive Officer Grade - II of Arulmigu Samavedeeswarar Temple, Thirumangalam, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, vide proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 02.05.2016. Further, the promotion given to the petitioner was cancelled by the respondent, vide his proceedings dated 19.09.2018, as he was placed under suspension while working in the feeder post viz., Executive Officer Grade - II. 3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the above said order passed by the respondent.
