ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.111146/Se1/2016 dated 01.03.2016 and to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's case to transfer her from Government Head Quarters Hospital, Ramanathapuram to Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, leanred counsel for the petitioner states that he is not in a position to get instructions from the petitioner and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner is intended to adjudicate this issue, she is at liberty to do so. There shall be no order as to costs.
