ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(ii) IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNHW Act, in Crime No.1162 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner and no complaint is pending against him. Even in Crime No.1162 of 2015, he is not arrayed as an accused.

3. In view of the submission made by the respondent Police, the matter has become unnecessary now. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
