ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No. 670 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner herein was already arrested and released on station bail.
