ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the application for commercial electricity connection dated 15.02.2016 has not been considered so far, has approached this Court for a mandamus directing the respondent to provide electricity service connection (commercial) to her shop. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a widow and also running a shop in the premises from the year 2016 and to develop the business, she has applied for a commercial connection, but the same has not been provided by the respondent. 3.Considering the fact that the application for electricity service connection (commercial) is pending from the year 2016, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take a decision in the application filed by the petitioner, dated 15.02.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity of hearing, within a 2/4
