PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents particularly the 2nd and 3rd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and also her family members life and limb and also shop situated at No.27, Melavari Street, Manachanallur, Trichy District, especially Sri Raja Ganapathy Cloth Store forthwith.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents particularly the 2nd and 3rd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and also her family members life and limb and also shop situated at No.27, Melavari Street, Manachanallur, Trichy District, especially Sri Raja Ganapathy Cloth Store forthwith.
2. The petitioner is a tenant under one Tamilselvan and subsequently the petitioner's premises was purchased by the fourth respondent herein and now the fourth respondent is trying to evict the petitioner without following the due process of law. The petitioner approached the civil court and also obtained interim injunction and now he sought for police protection at the hands of the fourth respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with the petitioner and fourth respondent after issuing notice to the fourth respondent on the strength of the civil court injunction obtained by the petitioner and pass orders of merits and inaccordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
