O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni to complete the trial in C.C.No.317 of 2011 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the accused No.1 in C.C.No.317 of 2011 and the case is pending from the year 2011 and till date, it has not been disposed of. Hence, this Petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.317 of 2011 within a time stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.317 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
