(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge in the Writ Petition is to the notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 [hereinafter referred to as ''the Act''].

2. The petitioner states that he has also given a reply. Without waiting for an order to be passed under Section 6 of the Act, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. We do not see any need to interfere at this stage. Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge Section 6 order, if any passed, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
