2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petition enquiry is pending.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 after issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 6 and pass orders of merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
