ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer I.D.O.P.No.234 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur, filed by the husband for restitution of conjugal right.

2. According to the wife, due to matrimonial dispute she is residing along with her parents at Kovilpatti in Thoothukudi District and she is not in a position to travel for every hearing before the Family Court, Thanjavur.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, I.D.O.P.No.234 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, is directed to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.234 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 13.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
