W.P.(MD)No.23612 of 2019 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the petitioner was permitted to participate in the Convocation and Convocation Certificate was also issued to her and therefore, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
