Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 25/10/2017 made in I.A.No.530 of 2017 in O.S.No.158 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruppathur and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition, today listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Trial Court", upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 04/01/2023 and the requisition letter of the Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, vide letter in D.No.201/2024, dated 05/03/2024, this court made the following order:- Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Trial Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 04.01.2023, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suits within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. The learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, has submitted a requisition dated 05.03.2024 stating that when the suit was pending for examination of the plaintiff side further witnesses, the defendants have filed an application to receive the additional written statement and the same was allowed on 21.02.2024 and subsequently commission application came to be filed in I.A.No.4 of 2024 and the same is pending and seeks three months further time to dispose of the suit.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant time as sought for by the learned Additional District Judge. Accordingly, three months further time is granted to dispose of the suits from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
