ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the District Collector, withdrawing the cheque signing power granted to the writ petitioner, who was the Vice President at that point of time.

2. Since the tenure of the writ petitioner has expired, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
