Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to mutate that patta entries in respect of my land in Survey No.380 and 392, T.Vallakulam Village, Paramakudi Taluk, by considering petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2017, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent/Thasildar, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District to mutate patta entries with respect to the lands of the petitioner in Survey No.380 and 392 in T.Vallakulam Village, Paramakudi Taluk. The petitioner had given a representation on 04.10.2017.
2.Heard, Mr.Shaaxim Shagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent/Thasildar.
3.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that notice had been directed to the petitioner calling upon him to produce the copy of a decree and I presume that the said decree relates to the order in S.A.No.566 of 1989 by this Court, dated 21.12.2021.The copy of the same had been enclosed in the typed set.
4.I am confident that if notice is again issued to the petitioner, he would produce necessary documents as is required by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

But an obligation is placed on the petitioner to first file an application online through proper procedure and pay necessary charges as is required and on such receipt of such application, the petitioner may also appear whenever summoned by the respondent, produce relevant documents as is required by the respondent, also produce a copy of this order, produce the copy of the order of the afore mentioned Second Appeal and any other document as is required by the Thasildar.
5.Let the Thasildar make necessary enquiries and come to subjective satisfaction and pass necessary orders at any rate within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of fresh application by the petitioner.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
