When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent issued the impugned Charge Memo without getting approval from the School Committee and hence, he is inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9098 of 2016 withdraw the said Charge Memo. The learned counsel would further submit that in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and hence, this writ petition becomes infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
