When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.03.2021, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the prayer in this writ petition has been answered by the proceedings of the respondent dated 12.02.2021. However, this Court did not find any representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
