ORDER

******** (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J. The direction in the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.14065 of 2018, was to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2018, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

2. Alleging willful disobedience of the aforesaid order, dated 12.04.2019, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.M2/20495/2019, dated 12.11.2019, passed by the District Collector, Kanyakumari District, wherein the petitioner's request has been rejected on the ground that there was no encroachment in the subject land.

4. In view of the same, the order of the coordinate Bench seems to have been complied with. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of rejection, liberty is hereby granted to her to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
