To set aside the judgment and conviction dated 03.08.2022, by the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Thanjavur in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2020 and acquit the appellant. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSIKUMAR, Advocate for M/S.MAHESWARAN R, for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the marriage was already solemnized on 22.01.2023 and the marriage was registered on 30.03.2023 and he has also produced the copy of the marriage Registration Certificate.
