ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 04.10.2024 and the requisition submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in D.No.932 dated 09.07.2025 seeking further to grant six months time to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.101 of 2024, this Court made the following Order:

'By order dated 04.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in D.V.C.No.101 of 2024, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.932, dated 09.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 04.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 04.10.2024.
