ORDER

The petitioner seeking computerised patta has submitted an application through online on 19.10.2013 and has filed this writ petition.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that this petitioner has purchased the land in S.No262/ 2 to an extent of 1 acre 4 cents and it stands in the name of petitioner Amutha, Shenbagavalli, Ulagammal and Karuppasamy. The petitioner applied for computerised patta by sub-dividing S.No.262/2. After causing field inspection and after surveying the boundaries, the patta can be issued in favour of the parties concerned.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to conduct an inspection, sub-divide the property and pass necessary orders after issuing notice to the parties concerned. This exercise shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
