The petitioner with a grievance that his application for survey of his land has not been considered has filed this writ petition. 2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that the subject land is in the name of five persons and in the event if all the five persons jointly make a request, the same would be considered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application itself has been made on behalf of the five persons. He undertakes to produce a No Objection Certificate from the other pattadhars within a period of one week.

4.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to produce No objection Certificate from the other pattadhars within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In such event, the respondent shall conduct the survey after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners within a period of six weeks from thereon.
